1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using LocalMogul's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
2. Services
LocalMogul provides Local SEO optimization, Google Business Profile management, rank tracking, review management, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering and keep it up to date.
4. Subscription & Billing
All plans are billed monthly in advance. Cancellations must be made before your next billing date. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. No refunds are provided for partial months after the guarantee period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to generate fake reviews, to misrepresent your business, or to violate Google's Terms of Service. Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the LocalMogul platform are the exclusive property of LocalMogul Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our materials without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
LocalMogul provides services on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee specific ranking results, as Google's algorithm is outside our control. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the 3 months preceding any claim.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
